The necklace is very good quality and I was extremely impressed with the packaging. The item was in two small plastic bags protecting the delicate necklace and chain, then enclosed in a small box, inside an organza bag which was placed inside an outer plastic bag. This meant that the gift was very fresh and clean on arrival. Excellent!
